Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs
  • Troubleshoot and fix machinery breakdowns promptly
  • Ensure equipment complies with safety standards
  • Keep maintenance records and report equipment status

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent technical degree
  • 2-3 years in F&B repair and maintenance
  • Familiarity with Oven, Refrigerator, AC, Electricity, and other F&B machinery and engineering sector
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing
  • Understanding of safety regulations
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and quality control
