Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other documentation tools.
- Understands and is able to create application procedures, application architecture, and application flows.
- Familiar with creating Flowcharts, ERD, and UML.
- Able to prepare documents that are well-organized, structured, and professionally written.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation skills.
