Technical Writer

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Writing / Product Documentation within SaaS, software, or digital products

• Strong experience in creating user guides, help center articles, product documentation, release notes, and technical documentation

• Experience in API / developer documentation is highly preferred

• Good understanding of SDLC, APIs, REST, JSON, and software/product development fundamentals

• Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand documentation

• Experienced in collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, UI/UX Designers, and other stakeholders

• Familiar with documentation and technical tools such as Confluence, Notion, Markdown, Git/GitHub/GitLab, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, GitBook, or Docusaurus

• Strong written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Experience in SaaS, digital product, fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer tech is highly preferred

• Portfolio with proven achievements or measurable impact, such as improving documentation quality, reducing support inquiries, accelerating user/developer onboarding, improving integration efficiency, or building documentation systems from scratch, is highly preferred
