Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, Microsoft Word, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with software development processes (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
Ability to work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across documentation.
Experience creating user guides, API documentation, manuals, and online help content.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Markdown is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
