Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • Min. 1 Year experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, Fresh Graduate with internship experienced are preferred.
  • Understanding of internal organizational structure and HR systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Contract Duration : 9 Months (Maternity Leave coverage)

Job Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from CV screening and scheduling psychological tests to conducting candidate interviews and handling recruitment-related administrative tasks
  • Conduct job evaluations
  • Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors (including project-based tasks) for the benefit of the company
