Technical Sales Specialist - Seafood

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by monitoring performance and executing effective strategies.
• Prepare and update sales forecasts; compare with actual results by product and feed size.
• Acquire new customers to grow market share.
• Maintain strong relationships with key and high-potential customers.
• Conduct farm visits to monitor feed performance and provide technical support.
• Carry out promotions, product demos, and customer consultations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Warehouse, Quality, Sales) on availability, quality, and evaluations.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Feed Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Technical Sales or Field Technical (aquaculture industry).
• Strong knowledge of shrimp farming (water quality, feed management, animal health, biosecurity).
• Able to analyze customer needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to be placed and travel within East Java (Probolinggo, Pasuruan, Jember).
