What you will do :
- Lead and manage Agronomy, Coffee Processing, and Livestock operations (goat farming and civet breeding) to ensure efficient and optimal performance.
- Oversee operational planning, budgeting, and cost control across agronomy, processing, and livestock activities in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement sustainable coffee cultivation strategies covering the full cycle from land preparation and nursery to crop maintenance and harvesting.
- Supervise coffee processing operations including post-harvest handling, fermentation, drying, and storage to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Manage livestock operations including animal health, nutrition, breeding, and welfare to support the coffee production ecosystem.
- Establish operational standards and ensure compliance with environmental management and occupational health & safety (HSE) policies.
We are looking for you who:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plantation, Animal Science or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plantation, agriculture, or related operations.
- Experience in coffee post-harvest handling and processing, such as fermentation, drying, grading, and storage.
- Knowledge of livestock management, including animal health, nutrition, breeding, and farm operations
- Understanding of coffee cultivation practices is highly preferred.
- Willing to be based in Tana Toraja, South Sulawesi.
