Requiements :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development as Technical Lead or similar positions
- Proven experience in the insurance industry (MANDATORY]
- Strong background in leading the development of web and mobile applications.
- Hands-on expertise with programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js, and frameworks for mobile development (iOS/Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and best practices
