Our business has expanded across Indonesia, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, bringing high-quality beauty innovations to the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and validate WHT (21, 23, 4.2, 15) and VAT calculation, including reconciliation with Coretax system.
- Review agreements (non-employee/freelancer/KOL) and ensure accurate tax computation.
- Coordinate with AR, Finance Analyst, and HR teams to review sales reports, WHT receipts, and payroll taxes
- Monitor and evaluate external tax consultants work to ensure accuracy and timely compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation with 23 years of tax experience in FMCG, trading, and beauty Company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (WHT, VAT, Corporate Tax) and Coretax system
- Certified brevet or tax related
- Good communication skills and experience coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.
- Proficient in English both written and speaking
