About The Role :

The Tax Specialist is responsible for managing the companys taxation processes, including tax calculation, reporting, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. This role ensures that all tax obligationsboth monthly and annualare submitted accurately and on time, while minimizing risks of penalties or disputes. The Tax Specialist will also coordinate closely with the finance team in China to align on cross-border transactions, import/export documentation, and transfer pricing matters. Additionally, this role provides tax insights and support to management for strategic decision-making, ensuring the company remains fully compliant and optimized in its tax obligations.

Key Responsibility :

1.Handle tax reporting, compliance, and documentation according to Indonesian regulations.

2.Communicate and coordinate with internal finance & accounting teams.

3.Collaborate with overseas teams in China for cross-border transactions and reporting needs.

4.Support management with tax planning and advisory.

Job Requirements:

1.Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

2. 35 years of work experience in Taxation, particularly in distribution or import-export companies.

3.Familiarity with tax reporting for export-import companies, such as PIB, PPh 22, and Import VAT.

4.Proficient in CoreTax and digital tax reporting systems.

5.Thorough, communicative, and able to work both independently and in a team.

6.Proficient in using accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, Kina, or similar ERP systems.

7. Placement : Cengkareng, West Jakarta.

*Preferably candidate Ready to work/Immediately join and willing to work on Saturday 2 times for a month.
