What is Bob Junior Program:
3-month program where you will be involved in a real work experience via Bob Junior Program, mentored by a well-versed professional in their expertise.

What you will do:
- Involved in end-to-end recruitment process for both branch and HQ
- Maintaining a productive, professional, and empathetic with internal and external stakeholders
- Screen, interview, set interview, and provide assignment to candidate
- Proactively source potential candidates through any effective & efficient channels
- Provide regular status reports to the talent acquisition specialist on all open positions
- Support employer branding, onboarding, people engagement, and learning & development initiatives
You will fit in this job if you:
- Currently in the last semester or fresh graduate from psychology background
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
- Critical thinker
