Drive on-ground data collection initiatives, including fieldwork and qualitative interviews, to gather actionable market insights
Conduct comprehensive desk research and competitor benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities
Maintain and optimize regular monitoring dashboards and raw data logs to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
Execute ad-hoc research requests with a fast turnaround to support dynamic business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into strategic recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent practical experience
Possess 2–4 years of work experience in field research, operations, logistics, or a related industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and evaluate data-driven reports
Prior exposure to e-commerce or logistics environments is preferred
Proficient in English to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
