Business Development Specialist (IP Proxy)
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above; IT related majors are preferred;
2. Possess more than 2 years of B2B business experience, MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in Proxy IP Service Providers, Data Collection, Anti-scraping Protection, Fingerprint browsers, Cloud Industry (Public, Private, Hybrid, Specific Cloud);
3. Have good communication skills and business negotiation skills, and be able to independently conduct and implement cooperation plans and implementation plans;
4. Have a deep understanding and knowledge about IP Proxy;
4. Strong learning ability, proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced start-up environment;
5. MUST BE FLUENT in English, English can be used as a working language;
6. Fully Work From Office (WFO) Mon-Fri, placement in Sudirman, South Jakarta.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
- Responsible for expanding the enterprise (B2B) customer base, with a focus on industries such as big data, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and advertising.
- Conduct market research, client visits, and engage in both online and offline channels to proactively acquire potential customers, establishing and maintaining a high-value customer database.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their latest business developments and project requirements.
- Identify and explore potential client needs, offering tailored products or solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute client retention plans to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
3. Market Research and Analysis
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape of cloud computing in the Indonesian and Malaysian markets.
- Collect and analyze competitor information, including product features, application scenarios, pricing models, and market share.
- Prepare comprehensive market analysis reports to provide data-driven insights and support strategic business decisions.
4. Local Supplier Development and Business Negotiations
- Assist in the development of local supply chain resources, including but not limited to telecommunications operators, cloud infrastructure providers, and related technology partners.
- Participate in the creation of cooperation proposals, lead business negotiations, and facilitate contract signing and execution.
- Track project progress to ensure timely and successful implementation of cooperative initiatives.
