What you will do:
A talent management associate's main objective is to attract, engage, and develop talent that can contribute to Bobobox's success.
- Understand the end-to-end process of HR management
- Understand the core business process of Bobobox
- Build and maintain productive, professional, and empathetic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives across employer branding, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning & development
- Act as a strategic partner within the Talent Management team to support various business units
You will fit in this job if you:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience as an HR generalist will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of full-cycle learning and development processes
- Demonstrates critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Well-organized, disciplined, and has strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
