Oversee and manage end-to-end People & Culture operations, including recruitment, employee administration, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Ensure all HR operational processes run effectively, including hiring, onboarding, payroll support, performance management cycles, and offboarding.
Maintain and improve HR policies to ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistency across the organization.
Ensure accurate and well-maintained HR data, documentation, and reporting for internal and external compliance.
Support the implementation of People & Culture initiatives that align with company values and business growth.
Collaborate with cross-department leaders to understand team needs and ensure HR support is well aligned, providing solutions and ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to multiple HR functions (Recruitment, HR Operations, and/or Learning & Development).
Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operational processes and Indonesian labor regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
High attention to detail, especially in managing HR data, documentation, and compliance-related matters.
Proactive, hands-on, and able to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
