Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in administering psychological assessments and organizing test data
Support data processing and ensure accuracy of assessment results
Prepare draft reports and summaries based on analyzed data under supervision
Help identify patterns or trends from assessment data for internal review
Assist in documentation and coordination related to people development initiatives

Requirements

Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology
Interest in psychological assessment, people analytics, or organizational development
Able to work with data and basic reporting (Excel is a plus)
Willing to follow professional ethics and confidentiality standards
Able to commit to 6-month internship period
