Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Manage recruitment administration and onboarding documents.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring progress updates.
• Support employer branding and recruitment events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Preferably experienced in a manufacturing company.
• Good communication and interviewing skills.
• Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good English communication is an advantage.
