Talent Acquisition Specialist
We're looking for a proactive, fast-moving Talent Acquisition talent to drive the rapid talent expansion of Diri Care's offline clinic business. As we scale our physical footprint, this role will be instrumental in building high-performing, customer-centric teams on the ground across our growing network of Diri Clinics.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Thrives in fast-paced recruitment and is energized by building teams from the ground up
- Is creative, aggressive, and resourceful in sourcing frontline, clinical, and operational talent beyond traditional job boards
- Possesses a sharp eye for quality, effortlessly filtering through high-volume applicant pools to identify true top talent
- Energized by the challenge of clearing hiring backlogs and delivering quick, quality turnarounds
- Understands the operational nuances of offline clinical, retail, or hospitality environments
Responsibilities
- Recruitment execution to support our clinic expansion plan in the next 12 months and beyond
- Source, screen, and interview key operational roles including Doctors, Nurses, Aesthetic Therapists, Frontliners, and Outlet Leaders
- Design and deploy creative sourcing strategies to generate a strong candidate pipeline across digital channels, local communities, and talent networks
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation, closing, and pre-onboarding coordination
- Collaborate closely with Management and HR teams to align on hiring priorities and maintain seamless candidate flow
- Manage ongoing attrition replacement to ensure zero staffing downtime across operational clinics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, with a proven track record in mass / volume hiring
- Strong background recruiting staff-level and first-time manager roles within healthcare, aesthetic clinics, retail, hospitality, or offline consumer services
- Highly proactive, result-oriented, and able to operate with speed, agility, and urgency
- Excellent candidate assessment skills with the ability to spot genuine capability and culture fit amidst high candidate volume
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience recruiting clinical staff (Doctors, Nurses, Therapists) is a major plus
