The Talent Acquisition Manager at Tentang Anak is a key driver in our mission to attract and hire the best talent quickly and effectively. In this role, you will lead a dynamic hiring team, manage multiple recruitment priorities, and ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality hiring process. The ideal candidate brings strong negotiation and closing skills and has the ability to authentically represent Tentang Anak's values and culture to prospective hires.

This role is critical to our growth and long-term success securing top talent who will elevate our mission and strengthen our organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategies for an effective and seamless hiring process that aligns with Tentang Anak's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the quality of hires by developing and utilizing effective assessment tools and techniques.
  • Manage the candidate experience to ensure it is positive, professional, and reflects Tentang Anak's values.
  • Act as a business partner to department heads, providing guidance and support in developing manpower planning and understanding their hiring needs.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting, interview, offering to onboarding, ensuring the hiring timeline is within the deadline.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Provide regular reports on hiring metrics, challenges, and improvement to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and 2 years of experience managing team or in a leadership position.
  • Experience working in e-commerce, retail, and or FMCG familiar with fast-paced and dynamic environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and levels of manager.
