We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution. This role will play a critical part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across technical, corporate, and operational functions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and strengthening employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from manpower planning to onboarding
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct hands-on sourcing, screening, and interviewing for priority and critical roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical, corporate, and operational positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics; provide regular hiring progress updates
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction and candidate experience
- Optimize sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and hiring processes for efficiency and quality
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, and minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams.
- Demonstrated success in both niche hiring and mass recruitment.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, internal databases, and networking channels.
- Highly proactive, target-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor and improve recruitment performance.
