Job Description:

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team. You'll support the recruitment process end-to-end—from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews—and help us create a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Post job openings on various platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Other data administration related to recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in HR, especially Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or ATS tools is a plus.
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Conversational fluency in English
