Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment process; screening on Linkedin, Jobstreet, Dealls, etc.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and provide feedback as needed.
  • Coordinate daily with the Recruitment Team and internal stakeholders.
  • Create online content for our social media networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and collaborate with Akasha employees for content creation.
  • Assist the Recruitment Team as needed and carry out other tasks or projects that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Perform administrative support tasks such as filing documents and inputting employee data.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or final year student, majoring in Psychology, Communication, or Management.
  • Experience as a talent acquisition intern or employer branding intern is a plus.
  • Good communication skill, proactive, fast learner.
  • Eager to learn new things and keep up with trends on social media.
  • Committed to participating in a 3-months internship program.
  • Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta.
