Job Description

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
Conduct initial candidate screening (if required)
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
Assist in employer branding initiatives (social media content, career page updates, campus hiring)
Support recruitment events and internal HR activities

Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate (Psychology, HR, Management, Communication, or related field)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Proficient in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools is a plus
Available for 36 months internship
