Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
  • Conduct initial candidate screening (if required)
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives (social media content, career page updates, campus hiring)
  • Support recruitment events and internal HR activities

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate (Psychology, HR, Management, Communication, or related field)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficient in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools is a plus
  • Available for 36 months internship
