As a Talent Acquisition Intern, You Will
- Support the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in employer branding through social media platforms and recruitment events.
- Manage candidate databases and ensure document completeness.
- Collaborate with the HR team to create a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment trends to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for HR & Talent Acquisition.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
