About the Role
We are looking for a System & Compliance Division Head to lead the development of management systems, corporate governance (GCG), and regulatory compliance across our business units. This position will report directly to the CEO and play a strategic role in ensuring that all operations run in accordance with laws, industry regulations, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement SOPs, policies, and management systems across all business units.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (Ministry of Health, BPJS, KARS/JCI) and hospitality & F&B regulations (operational licenses, food safety, occupational health & safety, tourism standards).
- Conduct internal audits, identify compliance risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Act as a liaison with regulators, external auditors, and accreditation bodies.
- Foster a compliance-driven culture through training and awareness programs.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Health, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or management systems (with at least 5 years in a managerial/head role).
- Strong background in hospital or hospitality (resort/F&B) industries.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital and hospitality regulations.
- Proven track record in developing systems and policies at a group/holding level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with high integrity.
