Lead the charge in ensuring world-class patient safety and quality standards at our hospital. In this role, you will:
- Drive quality improvement strategies and patient safety programs (PMKP) in hospital unit.
- Monitor quality indicators, validate data, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Act as the key expert for quality systems, audits, accreditation, and document control.
- Oversee incident reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to design training programs and develop hospital-wide quality culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related fields.
- 810 years hospital experience (with 5+ years in managerial roles).
- Strong expertise in risk management, quality improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), and compliance standards.
- Deep knowledge of accreditation, healthcare regulations, and patient safety principles.
