Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute the customer system implementation and activation process according to established standards.
Perform system configuration, setup, and testing based on the customer's operational requirements.
Provide technical assistance during the implementation phase and the initial operational period.
Validate data and system configurations to minimize operational errors.
Identify potential technical or configuration risks that may impact integrated systems.
Document implementation results, configurations, and any technical issues encountered.
Escalate issues in a structured manner to the Engineering team if technical problems are found outside the implementation scope.
Conduct a clear and well-documented handover to Customer Support after the implementation is completed.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of system implementation processes, basic configuration, and product setup.
Detail-oriented and able to perform accurate data checks and system configuration.
Able to manage multiple implementation processes simultaneously.
Able to work with targets and meet established deadlines.
Familiar with work tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and ticketing or project management systems.
Able to work independently as well as collaborate with internal teams.
Basic troubleshooting skills for systems or applications.
Willing to travel for business trips or conduct on-site visits to customer locations when required.
Experience in POS system implementation is a plus.
English communication skills are a plus.
