The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Supply Chain, Support to manage commercial and non‑inventory purchasing while ensuring smooth import operations from overseas suppliers into Indonesia.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring
continuous supply, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance, working closely with suppliers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial and non‑inventory procurement to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials, equipment, and services from regional and local vendors
- Coordinate imports from overseas suppliers, including documentation and shipment planning
- Work closely with local customs agents to ensure cost‑effective customs clearance and timely delivery to distributors and customers
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian import regulations and customs requirements
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business needs
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement and import processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in procurement and customs/import processes
- Strong understanding of import operations and coordination with customs agents
- Innovative mindset with the ability to challenge and improve existing practices
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PPJK certification (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan) is an advantage
