Supply Chain Project Control Specialist

Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Control Specialist to oversee and coordinate multiple logistics and supply chain projects. This role will ensure project timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed to meet organizational goals and customer commitments. The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects.

Job Description:

1. Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.

2. Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.

3. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that they align with organizational goals

4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

5. Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams (Human Capital, Operations, Finance, ICT & Support) and external stakeholders (Customers, vendors, local community, etc.).

6. Identify and analyze deviations from periodical targets; take corrective actions or escalate to the Manager as needed to maintain progress and meet SLA commitments.

7. Develop and implement processes to optimize project management efficiency and effectiveness

8. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, or related fields.

2. At least 3 years of experience in managing logistics and supply chain projects control, with demonstrated success in leading multi projects.

3. Project management knowledge, such as planning, executing, strictly follow orders, etc.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

5. Proficient in project management software and tools.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
