Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Develop long-term supply chain strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure the quality of raw materials meets standards.
- Optimize the procurement process to obtain the best prices and fast delivery times.
- Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize storage costs and avoid stockouts.
- Forecast demand to determine optimal inventory levels.
- Manage transportation, storage, and distribution of products.
- Ensure timely and undamaged product delivery.
- Automate relevant business processes to improve efficiency.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team.
- Ensure the team works effectively and achieves set targets.
Job Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managerial positions of supply chain, Preferably in cosmetic industry
- Experience in managing teams and projects.
Skills:
- Preferably able to speak Mandarin
- In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
