Job Description:

Design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs across different leadership levels
Conduct leadership diagnostics and translate business needs into targeted development interventions
Own end-to-end leadership programs, ensuring high-quality execution while continuously improving program design, participant experience and overall effectiveness
Shape leadership development strategy by integrating best-in-class leadership thinking and emerging approaches (incl. AI)

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, HR Consulting, or Management Consulting
Strong intellectual capability and structured thinking able to break down ambiguous problems and drive clear, actionable solutions
Strong interest in leadership, human behaviour, and capability building
High ownership and drive - able to independently lead programs and deliver results end-to-end
Demonstrates strong curiosity and an experimentation mindset, with an interest in exploring new tools and approaches (e.g. AI) to enhance learning impact
Proven ability in facilitation and engaging senior audiences
Highly adaptable, comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment
Experience in large, complex organisations preferred
