TRIVE, a subsidiary of Triputra Group, is visioned to contributing to Nation's Energy Sustainability for Better Tomorrow. Currently managing four business units : PT Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM), PT Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST), PT Armada Bahtera Semesta (ABAS), and PT ATW Solar Indonesia.
Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM) engaged in energy trading through collaboration with ExxonMobil, distributing diesel car engine oil to Kalimantan and other eastern parts of the country.
Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM) is looking for
Supply Chain Intern, that will grow with us by :
- Manage operational administration, including PR & PO documentation and recap.
- Maintain inventory (in & out) and perform stock opname.
- Input and manage operational data (LATO & ERP) with accuracy.
- Monitor shipments & Delivery Order status in line with SLA, including data validation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, including follow-ups on operations.
- Review fleet documents and support daily operations.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management.
- Good communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
