Key Responsibilities

Support monthly reporting, including data collection and validation for forecasts, projects, and budget.
Prepare & maintain financial trackers & dashboards
Support inventory and overhead analysis as part of Supply Chain performance reporting
Assist in documentation and internal control (ICFR) support, including reconciliations and audit evidence
Work closely with Supply Chain Finance team members to ensure timely and accurate financial outputs

Qualifications

Final year undergraduate student or fresh graduate (maximum 1 year after graduation) with a background in accounting.
Demonstrates foundational knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Comfortable working with numbers and financial data; able to organize data, maintain trackers, and support performance reporting activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, basic dashboards); familiarity with reporting or planning tools is a plus.
Detail oriented with the ability to support reconciliations, documentation, and internal control (ICFR) processes.
Good analytical and problem solving skills with a willingness to learn.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Exhibits good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and responsible.
