JOB PURPOSE:
- To execute day-to-day supply chain activities, including but not limited to inventory management and logistics coordination, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery in alignment with business requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability
- Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates
- Coordinate stock counts and investigate discrepancies
2. Logistics & Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse, distributors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when necessary
- Prepare and manage shipping and delivery documentation
- Coordinate with distributors regarding shipment schedules and delivery-related information
3. Data & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the system
- Provide insights to support operational planning
4. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with the demand planner and other internal teams to support supply planning
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery process.
- Recommend digitalization and technology solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
5. Financial & System Support
- Check invoices and prepare payment requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Operate SAP system (especially SAP S/4HANA) to support supply chain activities
6. Market & Operational Support
- Maintain good knowledge of distribution areas across Indonesia to support operational planning
7. Compliance & Process Improvement
- Follow company policies and operational procedures
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency
8. Perform other duties and projects
- Perform other duties and projects assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications/ Degrees/ Certificates
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience
- At least 1-3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics
- Prior experience in FMCG, food, retail, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with supply chain reporting and data management
Soft skills/Personal characteristics
- Ability to work under high pressure and handle operational issues efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, distributors, and logistics partners
- Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Good at English communication.
- Good at office computer skills
