We are currently seeking a qualified professional to join our team as an Supervisor Asset Performance , supporting the optimization of asset reliability, performance, and lifecycle in alignment with our Operational Excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage asset performance initiatives across operating assets
- Oversee the implementation of Performance Management Systems (PMS)
- Monitor and evaluate asset performance (operational and financial)
- Identify and drive performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure readiness of assets transitioning into operation phase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, and operations
- Provide structured reports and recommendations to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in asset management, maintenance, or engineering, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of CMMS, Reliability, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement practices
- Proven analytical capability and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
