Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene and health standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed.
2. Financial & Business Performance
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Control operational costs and optimize resource usage.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Implement promotional and marketing activities to increase revenue.
3. People Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team (FOH & BOH).
- Create staff schedules and manage shift rotations.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees to deliver excellent service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions when required.
4. Customer Experience
- Ensure high-quality customer service and handle complaints effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
- Monitor service speed, product presentation, and overall guest experience.
5. Compliance & Brand Standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Implement audits on quality, service, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with HQ (finance, HR, purchasing, EP and Branding) for alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food & beverage, specialty coffee, or hospitality industries.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and/or the roasting process (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Existing network in the caf, hotel, or restaurant sectors.

- Experience organizing or attending industry events and trade shows.
