Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Banjarmasin for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing and motivating store staff, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective communication within the team. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales metrics, optimizing store layout, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
