Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets and provide input for store development
  • Provide recommendations on sales strategies based on market conditions, customer data analysis, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Conduct evaluations and analyses of target achievement, business activities, and business issues to improve sales productivity
  • Perform control and monitoring functions across each store
  • Conduct regular coaching and mentoring for areas or stores regarding issues and sales performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the retail industry in a leadership position
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Good leadership skills and a positive attitude
  • Target-oriented, service excellence mindset, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
  • Familiar with sales KPI metrics
