Job Description

Responsibilities

Create innovative and visually appealing store design concepts that reflect the brand's identity and enhance the customer experience.
Develop efficient and effective space layouts, including floor plans, fixture placement, and traffic flow analysis.
Produce high-quality 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts, including interior layouts, fixtures, furniture, and lighting.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, including elevations, sections, and construction details, for execution by contractors.
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the design is executed accurately and on time.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store design, preferably within mall environments.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous retail design projects, particularly in mall settings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present design ideas and collaborate with team members.
Ability to work on a freelance basis with flexibility to meet project deadlines.
