Gingersnap Bali is looking for a Stockist Leader & Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role combines operational leadership with data-driven decision making to ensure smooth stock management and insightful reporting that supports our brands growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support our stockist team in daily, weekly, and monthly operations
- Monitor POS transactions to maintain accurate inventory
- Review and ensure compliance of stockist admin work with company policies (production output, distribution, stock balancing, reporting, stock take, etc.)
- Train new stockist admins and SPG/B on POS systems
- Organize stock opname, quality inspections, and special order processing
- Ensure replacement sales and second routes run smoothly during peak seasons
- Analyze sales and stock data across retail and consignment stores
- Provide regular reports (monthly, yearly, segment-based) to guide production, designers, and store coordinators
- Recommend promotions, discounts, and new product strategies based on market insights
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Background in inventory, retail operations, or supply chain
- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analysis
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Excel (or similar tools)
- Interest in fashion retail and problem-solving
