Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid advertising.
  • Manage and optimize TikTok Ads to improve lead generation and conversions.
  • Develop content plans and content calendars for the company's social media platforms.
  • Direct and oversee content concepts to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and target audience.
  • Build and manage marketing funnels (Awareness Consideration Conversion).
  • Create content scripts for video and promotional materials.
  • Perform basic content editing to support digital marketing activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and platform insights across digital channels.
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports.
  • Evaluate campaign results and propose data-driven improvement strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing strategies and current digital trends to increase audience engagement.
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • Able to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports based on data and insights.
  • Skilled in content editing (photo and video) for social media needs.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Trends, and data scraping tools or methods for ads optimization and digital performance analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, creative in content creation, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
