Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid advertising.
- Manage and optimize TikTok Ads to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Develop content plans and content calendars for the company's social media platforms.
- Direct and oversee content concepts to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and target audience.
- Build and manage marketing funnels (Awareness Consideration Conversion).
- Create content scripts for video and promotional materials.
- Perform basic content editing to support digital marketing activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and platform insights across digital channels.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports.
- Evaluate campaign results and propose data-driven improvement strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing strategies and current digital trends to increase audience engagement.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Able to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports based on data and insights.
- Skilled in content editing (photo and video) for social media needs.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Trends, and data scraping tools or methods for ads optimization and digital performance analysis.
- Strong communication skills, creative in content creation, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
