Implement credit risk management strategies, including defining risk posture and appetite, in collaboration with the Business Unit.
Provide forward-looking insights and analysis on non-retail credit and Financial Institution (FI)/Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) risk issues.
Conduct credit risk portfolio analytics to identify trends and potential concerns.
Deliver timely and sound credit recommendations to the Credit Committee or JDA Holder to minimize Non-Performing Loans (NPL).
Ensure credit recommendations and approvals adhere to internal policies and assign appropriate customer credit ratings.
Participate in various projects and tasks under the Credit Directorate, particularly those related to non-retail credit.
Maintain professional and balanced relationships with credit stakeholders to enhance responsiveness to market opportunities and early risk identification.
Qualifications:
Minimum S1 degree in any major (preferable master degree in finance, accounting or banking management).
