This position will be placed for: iForte Solusi Infotek
What You Will Do:
- Assist in implementing the annual working plan and monitor monthly/quarterly progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including regional offices) to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients to ensure smooth operations and address any emerging issues.
- Identify, analyze, and escalate business opportunities or client issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Prepare periodic reports on activities, achievements, and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to the Head of Business Partner & Relationship.
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned client groups, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes and client engagements.
What You Will Need:
- 5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or enterprise sales.
- Minimum Bachelors degree in any major.
- Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill.
- Fluent in English both written & verbal.
- Strong Product Knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Customer Oriented.
- Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment.
