Hi! Were looking for an experienced professional to drive corporate sponsorships for our large-scale education andimpact programs. This is a flexible, performance-based role ideal for someone with strong CSR/ESG networks who wants to contribute to high-impact initiatives.
Your Role:
- Identify and close sponsorship deals with corporates, BUMN, telcos, FMCGs, and banks.
- Align our programs with CSR/ESG goals and position them as strategic partnership opportunities.
- Craft and deliver strong value propositions and partnership decks.
- Manage partner relationships and ensure activation runs smoothly.
Ideal Background:
- 5+ years in CSR/partnership/sponsorship roles (agency, corporate).
- Strong network in the CSR/ESG space in Indonesia.
- Skilled at navigating complex organizations and closing strategic deals.
- Able to work independently, fast-moving, and output-oriented.
- Passion for education, impact, and inclusive growth.
Compensation:
- Flexible: base + success fee / per-deal incentive model
