The Role:
This is not your typical 95 job. Were looking for a startup-style builder part growth hacker, part strategist, part operator who can help turn bold visions into reality. Youll work directly with the founder to design, launch, and scale Femfluence end-to-end.
Your Missions:
- Architect AI-powered funnels for online courses, coaching, and consultancy
- Launch & optimize community-driven sales channels across digital platforms
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with global networks, brands & accelerators
- Plan & execute offline activations: think intimate dinners, retreats, and large-scale events
- Experiment, test, iterate and scale what works
- Be the co-pilot who ensures ideas dont stay on paper but land in the market
Who You Are:
- 48 years in startup / growth / digital marketing / biz dev roles
- Fluent in AI tools for marketing, funnel optimization, and content creation
- Hands-on with online course platforms & digital funnels (Teachable, Kajabi, etc.)
- Comfortable negotiating across cultures & building cross-border partnerships
- Event and community management experience (bonus: women-focused projects)
- Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-changing environments
- A builders spirit you like wearing many hats and getting things off the ground
