Job Description :
- Lead and execute negotiation processes, including direct negotiations with key and strategic vendors.
- Drive and manage end-to-end negotiation activities to achieve optimal value and outcomes for the company.
- Ensure all procurement activities align with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide effective solutions and alternatives for procurement-related issues to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Review, draft, and ensure accuracy and completeness of supplier contracts and agreements.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing.
- High level of integrity and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and cost analysis.
- Proven experience in managing supplier contract negotiations, both with local and international vendors.
- Detail-oriented, consistent, and equipped with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft O365, and advanced in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
- Experience in developing sustainable sourcing or green procurement strategies.
- Prior experience in indirect procurement is a strong advantage.
