Job Description

• Lead and support delivery of projects across strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and escalations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in banking industry or project management related positions
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Project management certification is a plus.
