The Role We are looking for a Solution Consultant Intern to support our Solutions and Pre-Sales team in daily operations, technical data preparation, and client solutioning. This role is ideal for students with strong analytical thinking and a technical mindset who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced AI and SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Support the team with daily operational tasks, including strategy configuration, bot logic checking, and execution support for both existing and prospective clients.
- Technical Data Management: Assist in preparing data reports by organizing initial data and completing data-related tasks based on provided instructions
- Pre-Sales Assistance: Help prepare technical demos and proof-of-concept (PoC) environments for the sales team to showcase AI Rudder's capabilities to potential clients.
- System Testing & QA: Help test AI voice robots and systems to ensure the solution matches the client's business requirements, and prepare clear, structured test reports.
- L1/L2 Troubleshooting: Assist with technical troubleshooting for SMB clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving operational issues.
- Administrative: Manage technical documentation, raise tickets for technical issues, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth project workflows.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above (minimum 3rd semester), preferably in STEM, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data, or related majors.
- required for effective internal communication and documentation with regional technical hubs.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong logical thinking and high sensitivity to data; detail-oriented, careful, and responsible.
- Team Player: A strong team player with a positive attitude and passion for AI technology.
- Commitment: Able to commit at least 2 days per week for a minimum duration of 3 months.
