Manage and optimize both organic and paid advertising campaigns, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with platform advertising policies.
Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, audience behavior shifts, and competitor activities in order to propose strategic acquisition opportunities.
Ensure all published content, campaigns, and community interactions adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and platform standards within the iGaming sector.
Oversee the growth, moderation, and engagement of online communities, fostering a professional, positive, and compliant brand presence.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all communication materials remain consistent with the companys brand identity and legal obligations.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably within the iGaming industry or other digital-related fields.
Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, compliance strategies, and best practices for engagement and audience acquisition.
Hands-on experience in managing and growing online communities, particularly on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, or similar.
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and optimize content strategies.
Solid skills in copywriting, graphic design, and video editing, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content across different formats.
